I (heart) The Boosh!

Today, Sarah and me watched the Season 1 & 2 commentary of “The Mighty Boosh” boxed set and “The Mighty Boosh Stage Show” on DVD, which is written by and stars Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding. It’s bloody BRILLIANT!


We recently discovered it, so Sarah had to buy it, and you all have to too: you will NOT regret it. But my American friends, note that it WON’T play on an American normal DVD player b/c currently you can only get the DVDs in Region 2 format (UK & Europe) and N. America is Region 1… However, you can currently watch Season 1 of “The Mighty Boosh” on BBC America, so look it up (not sure though that it’s still airing, sorry). Or you can buy a multi-region DVD player, and get “The Mighty Boosh” Season 1 & 2 boxed set and “The Mighty Boosh Stage Show” on DVD from Amazon: that way 1) you can enjoy the greatness that is the “The Mighty Boosh”, and 2) you can watch DVDs from any region. I suggest the latter b/c Sarah bought a multi-region DVD player soon after we moved here since we have lots of DVDs from America, and it’s really nice to be able to watch DVDs any region.


Anyhow, I just can’t tell you all enough how much you MUST watch “The Mighty Boosh…” It’s pure genius, so well funny and entertaining, and I’m utterly obsessed w/ it! And I am so happy to know that they're working on Season 3 to air on BBC THREE in the UK around this August. “The Mighty Boosh” is one of the BEST Brit comedies ever: it’s among the likes of such greats as “Little Britain” and “Monty Python,” and such, like those comedies, is definitely NOT for youngsters! I EXTREMELY highly recommend “The Mighty Boosh,” and just cannot get enough. ***FIVE STARS***
