We just watched “Meet The Robinsons” directed by Steve Anderson that stars Jordan Fry, Harland Williams, Tom Kenny, Steve Anderson, Angela Bassett, Tom Selleck, and Nicole Sullivan for Saturday Family Night. And it was so wicked!
“Meet The Robinsons” is basically about Lewis, a 12-year-old orphan, who is a complete genius. At his school science fair he meets a 13-year-old boy named Wilbur Robinson who tells Lewis he is from the future (to the year 2037, 30 years forward), and at first Lewis doesn’t believe him, but Wilbur then takes him into the future where Lewis get struck. Lewis soon discovers what family is all about, and that he does have people that care about him...
It is a brilliant film, and I'm just not doing it justice. And I just love the film mode of transportation in the future: bubbles. What a wicked way to get around, I’d love it!
Overall, “Meet The Robinsons” is a bloody hilarious film, and I highly recommend it! ***FOUR STARS***
