Earlier I went to the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, w/ Sarah and Sana to see the matinee programme of The Nutcracker. It was wicked! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I hope Sana did too b/c I wanted to treat her since she works very hard getting A’s in school, and has always ended up w/ the bad end of the stick of our family.
The Royal Ballet gave a magnificent performance, and all the costumes were exquisite. And I can’t believe how high the male ballet dancers can jump, and how flexible they are; it’s expected of female ballet dancers, but when I watch the male ballet dancers it’s just like wow that’s amazing: in tights and all…
Overall, The Nutcracker was incredible, and everyone at Royal Opera House (ROH) treat all the disabled patrons excellently (and they always treat me very well); plus, everyone should go to the ROH to see a ballet and opera at least once in the lives b/c they give the premier fantastic performances. Also, the Sugar Plum Fairy was SO hot, and going to marry her! ;-)
P.S.: Photos coming soon…
